X26 Bracket Longboard Platform

The X26 is possibly the perfect balance of length, weight, performance and price. Wood is good. This Xylem 26" premium maple longboard deck is constructed with seven plies of top shelf Canadian maple. The two top and two bottom plies are pressure stained black and hold the color even after some battle scars. The three au-natural Maple center plies make a sexy skinny stripe down the middle. This construction has stood the test of time and proved to be among the most reliable recipies in most skate disciplines. The natural xylem fibers provide a lively flex, and also a dampening of those annoying high frequency vibrations. Artificial, high strung composites like glass and carbon don't dampen so well.
