Fifty Dollar Six Ply X24

This X24 is laid up from robust 6 ply Canadian Maple. The layup has black stained plies on the top two, and bottom plies. A clear coat finish keeps out moisture and adds some shine to highlight the grain. These 6 ply platforms have some cool character with grain. A classic and elegant symmetric longboard deck. Simple, compact, light, portable, and cost effective. At 24 inches (60cm) it still has plenty of space for the widest of stances and larger feet. Maple is the constant in longboard deck construction because it has stood the test of time and proven itself as the perfect balance of weight, reliability, and other material properties. Flex is medium lively. Weight is super light, right at 2 lbs.
 
Here is the rub. We are shipping these out with NO packaging. Label is going directly on the top side of the board. Cover it up with grip! Any UPS dents and dings can be considered character and early battle scars. We save time and material, and you get a quality platform for $50.
 
We suggest the top limit for these platforms of 175lbs.
 
The G|BOMB vinyl transfer is NOT included by default. If you order it, it will be included, but you will need to apply it by FIRMLY pressing it on. It is a transfer type sticker. A wheel can be helpful to serve as a rolling press.
 
Pro tip. Since the Longboard platform is 60cm (23.6 inch), the glass drop brackets can be easily removed and the system legally meets the requirements as carry-on luggage on most, if not all, airlines. Don’t forget your skate tool. You may find yourself riding through the terminal on your X24 to catch your next flight. We dare you, but we won’t cover your bail if you end up in airport jail.
